Information about us

  • 1. We are SOFAANDBED PTE. LTD, a company registered in Singapore. Our company registration number is 201604384Z and the registered office is at 823 Tampines St 81 #03-00 Singapore 520823.

Delivery Charges

  • 1. Free Delivery on purchases above 250 Singapore Dollars applicable for purchases made in a single invoice, to a single address in one trip, unless otherwise stated.
  • 2. Additional logistics charges will apply in the event that a single order needs to be split into different delivery dates/timing or different location due to special requests.
  • 3. No installation charges required for purchases, unless otherwise stated.
  • 4. Free Delivery is only applicable within Singapore mainland. Additional delivery charge will apply for delivery request that is outside our operating hours.
  • 5. A surcharge of $30 will apply for delivery to Sentosa Island/Jurong Island.
  • 6. For delivery to non-lift levels, an additional $10 surcharge will apply for every level. Eg: Delivery to level 6 but lift only stops at level 4. Additional surcharge will be $20. 2 x $10 = $20

Delivery dates & Time

  • 1. The delivery date and time you’ve selected is only tentative. We’ve requested for your preference in date and time such that we can plan the delivery route to cater to your requirements as a value-added service.
  • 2. In the event we are unable to keep within the time frame, we will inform you of the changes in the delivery time frame the day before delivery.

Disposal of furniture

  • 1. The deliveryman will not be able to dispose your old furnitures.
  • 2. In the event disposal is required, for HDB you may contact your town council for free furniture disposal. As for offices & condominiums, you may contact the building management for assistance.

Order Cancellation

  • 1. Cancellation of order should be made at least 48 hours before delivery. Please send an email to enquiry@sofaandbed.sg or call +65-6715 7045.
  • 2. Please provide your order invoice number for our team to process the cancellation.
  • 3. Cancellation of customised item is not allowed after confirmation of order.

Damage Policy

  • 1. In the event of manufacturing defects or furniture being damaged during transportation, please contact us at +65-6715 7045 or email to enquiry@sofaandbed.sg immediately. You have the right to reject the merchandise at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for clearance items. In cases where the product is found to display minor scratches or dents, product will be touched up, repaired or replaced at the discretion of the company.
  • 2. Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to void the warranty of a product within its warranty period if product is found to have been subjected to adverse conditions such as bad weather, abuse or placement of product in publicly accessible locations that causes product to be subjected to damage, intentional or otherwise.

Return Policy

  • 1. We accept returns of all non-customised and non-clearance items. Return the item back to us within 7 days and get back your full refund. Item should be unused, undamaged, in a resellable condition and in its original packaging fully intact.
  • 2. We do not accept returns of bedsheet, pillows, mattress protector, bolster protector, bolsters, pillow protector etc. that has been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed or with traces of fragrance or odours.
  • 3. Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. has the right to decide whether any item is in the condition deemed suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any items deemed not suitable for return.
  • 4. If you are unable to bring back the purchased item due to size or inconvenience, we are able to arranged for transportation to be arranged to pick up the item back to our warehouse. $50 per item (excuding bedroom set & wardrobe) transportation fee will be charged to you. $100 dollar per item will be the transportation fee for wardrobe & bedroom set.

Exchange Policy

  • 1. Items can be exchanged for products that are of the same or greater value within 7 days of purchase.
  • 2. Items should strictly be unused, undamaged, in resellable condition with the original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.
  • 3. We do not accept returns of bedsheet, pillows, mattress protector, bolster protector, bolsters, pillow protector etc. that has been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed or with traces of fragrance or odours.
  • 4. Should the exchanged item bears a higher value than the existing item, customer will be required to top-up the difference.
  • 5. A $30 transportation charge will also be required in the event customer requires delivery of the exchanged item. (picking up the exisiting item & delivery of the exchanged item)

Refund Policy

  • 1. Items can be brought back to Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. warehouse from Monday to Saturday (9am – 6pm) excluding public holidays together with proof of purchase for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • 2. Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. has the full discretion to decide whether item purchased is suitable for refund and reserves the right to reject any refunds.
  • 3. For cheque refund, customer will have to be physically present to receive and sign for the refund cheque. If unable to be physically present, we’ll require a letter of authorisation to authorise the representative to collect on behalf.
  • 4. If payment is made via online credit card, please wait 5 -7 working days for the refund amount to be credited after you have returned the purchased item.
  • 5. If you have made the initial payment through the paypal account, the amount will be credited back to your paypal account within 1 working day after receipt of the returned item.
  • 6. Clearance & customised item are strictly non-refundable.


  • 1. All our furniture comes at a warranty of 6 months.
  • 2. For mattresses, some warranty are up to 12 years.
  • 3. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.
  • 4. The following items are not covered by warranty: pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, mini sofa beds, foam mattresses (under the bedding accessories category), and all clearance items.
  • 5. Warranties do not cover wrongly assembled products that are assembled by the customer.


  • 1. Payment for all items sold on Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. website can be made via cash/cheque upon delivery/self-collection or online with a credit/debit card via a third-party payment gateway. 
  • 2. If the payment of Cash/Cheque is selected, full payment upon delivery will be required. 
  • 3. We do not accept foreign currencies. All payments are expected to be made in Singapore dollars (SGD).
  • 4. If payment by cash/cheque is not received in full upon delivery, Sofaandbed Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to retrieve the delivered product back to the warehouse. 
  • 5. In the event customer decides to change the mode of payment, please inform our customer service at enquiry@sofaandbed.sg or call +65-6715 7045 before delivery. We do not accept changing of payment mode upon delivery. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • The law governing the use of Website and all transactions is the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions is subject to Singapore Law.

Salvatory Clause

  • If any of these Terms and Conditions are rendered invalid or void, the other Terms and Conditions will remain in fact.
